The Dakota Band Boosters is proud to announce the 1st Annual Dakota Bands Golf
Outing! Join us for a day of fun in the sun at beautiful Greystone Golf Club and
Banquet Center. Opened in 1992 to national acclaim, Greystone Golf Club is an
upscale, 18-hole golf course designed by Jerry Mathews.
Proceeds from the outing will benefit Dakota Bands, purchasing much needed
equipment and supplies. Dakota band students are dedicated and talented musicians,
and have earned numerous awards and recognition. To continue this tradition of
excellence, we have set a fundraising goal of $20,000. Through this golf outing, we
hope to raise $10,000, and we need your help to reach our goal!
The cost of the outing is $115/person* and includes a continental breakfast, cart and
valet service, 18 holes of golf, 2 drink tickets on the course, lunch at the turn, door
prizes, raffles and an awards banquet with a premium open bar. Register before May
30th and take advantage of the Early Bird rate of $105/person!!!
If you can’t golf with us July 17th, please consider supporting Dakota Bands by
making a monetary contribution or donating an item to our raffle. Hole Sponsorships
are also available.

 Your donation may be tax-deductible in the amount it exceeds the fair market value

Golf attire is required. Collared shirts and slacks.
No steel spikes are allowed on the course. Adults Only.

Chippewa Valley Schools and Dakota Band Boosters and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally
from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury,
