Before you toss this letter into the trash, please consider helping out our band program. As you know, we are
constantly fundraising to help keep our program strong. As our bands grows, we find our needs becoming
greater. Kroger rewards is a great, easy way for you to help! If every family could participate in this simple
fundraiser we would be able to help meet our needs much easier. Below is a letter from our booster president,
explaining the program in more detail and how you can sign up. Your support means the world to us! Please
help!

Did you know your Kroger Community Rewards card is a great way to earn money for the band? The cardholder does
not pay anything extra and it does not affect your gas points. It is all based on how much money you spend at
Kroger, excluding tobacco and alcohol. Kroger sends the band a check once every three months. This is a great way
for the band to earn money with very little effort. Also, this is not limited to only band families. Tell everyone you know
to register their Kroger Card. All you need to do is forward this email to friends and family. If your student is
graduating please consider renewing your Kroger card to help continue to support the band. Be sure to assign your
account to “Chippewa Valley/Dakota Bands” organization number 82300. Detailed instructions (including a
link) are below. You must re-enroll between April 1st and May 1st in order for your rebates to start
accumulating May 1st.

• Enter your email address and password.
• Click “Enroll Now.”
• Enter our organization number 82300
• Check the correct group
• Click “Enroll”
If you are enrolling for the first time, you will be asked to register your bonus card. Otherwise, the process is the
same.
You must re-enroll between April 1st and May 1st in order for your rebates to start accumulating May 1st.
