PRMG Appraisal Placement Guide
Not for use by Correspondent Lenders
It is the originator’s responsibility to complete all order forms in full to ensure your appraisal order is properly placed. Please refer to
the FastTrac Resource Center to review the appraisal requirements specific to your Loan Product. For Valuation Partners, Heartland,
and RELS orders, complete the following form and send it directly to [email protected].
To order appraisal products through “ValuTrac”, use the following link, or access the link via FastTrac:
https://prmg.myvalutrac.com/auth/login.aspx You will need a “ValuTrac Account” to access this site. Please contact the Appraisal
Department for a log-in. The ValuTrac platform is accessed by the broker or account Executive to place the appraisal order. It also
provides tracking, communication with the appraiser through the Appraisal Department and appraisal notifications regarding
inspection dates, expected report delivery dates, and notification of receipt of the completed appraisal.
APPRAISAL ORDER PLACEMENT:
Place in ValuTrac:
• Conventional, FHA, USDA
• All JUMBO Products Except: The Emerald Jumbo Product and The Silver Medal Jumbo Product. [See below]

Submit an Order to the Appraisal Desk:
• The Emerald Jumbo Product must be placed with Valuation Partners AMC.
• The Silver Medal Jumbo Product must be placed with RELS Valuation AMC.
• Desk & Field Reviews will be placed with a PRMG Approved AMC listed below
The PRMG Appraisal Department must order these products. Please submit the completed form below to [email protected].
VA: Please refer to the “VA Order Form” located in the FastTrac Resource Center for VA ordering information.
