LOOKBOOK Autumn / Winter 2015 Featuring GABBA Autumn / Winter 2015 GABBA is based near the city of Kolding in Denmark. Its parent company was founded in 1983 by Ole Madsen after gaining more than 20 years of experience in the textile industry. Our guiding philosophy at GABBA is to focus on creating cool garments for guys who really care about individual style and about good quality too. At GABBA we are dedicated to denim and everything needed to complete an entire denim look. We scout the whole world to find inspiration in order to make the best jeans possible. We are in fact dedicated and devoted to denim! Our AW15 collection explores the contrasts found between the perfect and clean surfaces of the Big City and the more chaotic aspects of surviving in it. We created treatments and washes that reflect the imperfection of its streets, the asymmetry of its buildings and then mixed them with graphics inspired by its more architectural structures. Our jeans are a mix of dark, clean washes in soft coated denim, structural fabrics, Crailar flax fibre, heavy loose-weave twill and original 13 oz indigo denim. Our prints are inspired by graphical structures executed in various techniques including photo prints, placement prints with special dye processes and all over prints on garments. The sweaters in the collection reference asymmetric textures and patterns found on the imperfections of weathered concrete and asphalt surfaces. Naturally the AW15 color palette emphasizes darker shades - with blacks, greys including charcoals, and a touch of dirty white all working together to reflect the moods of Big City nights. -- GABBA – Dedicated to Denim since 1983 -- Buck S/S T-Shirt Col.
