We aim to offer the highest standards and professional services, but to do this we ask our

1. If an appointment is cancelled or altered within 24 hours of an appointment time a charge
will be made between 50% - 100% of the appointment cost.
2. All courses are to be paid for in full after the first treatment. They are not transferable or refundable.
3. Courses are valid for 6 months from the start date.
4. Deposits may be required during busy periods or if a treatment is over 2 hours.
5. All valuables are left at clients own risk and must be secure.
