Eligibility
2000 Delaware is a multifamily
rental property for moderate income
households. Interested tenants must
qualify according to terms outlined by
the City of San Mateo in order to be
placed on the project’s interest list.
To qualify, annual gross household
income must be a minimum of $75,300
per year but cannot exceed 120%
of area median income (AMI) in the
County of San Mateo. Please refer to the
accompanying chart for current income
limits per household size as of March
2015. Note that the maximum income
limits are determined by the United
States Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of San Mateo
and are subject to change over time.
Approval is subject to verification of
all household members’ income and
assets, and all persons over 18 years of
age must pass the credit, criminal and
landlord reference checks.

If you are income-eligible and your name is
selected from the list, we will contact you in
May-June 2015 to begin the application process.
As part of the application process, your income
eligibility will be verified.
The apartments are anticipated to be available for
occupancy in August or September 2015.
