One of the most popular attractions, year after year, is the Open Horse Show. The show has five divisions, Hunters, Western, Gymkhana, Mini’s, Driving & Saddle Seat and a Speed Series, over four full days. We are asking for your support with a tax deductible donation. The agar gel immunodiffusion test must have been conducted by a laboratory approved for the purpose by the United States Department of Agriculture and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. 2. The certificate or statement required by subdivision (a) shall include a complete identification of the animal, date of test, and name and address of the laboratory that conducted the test.
