partnering to offer this educational opportunity to staff in the community, health and
allied settings, who work with people who have dementia and physical disability.

Recognising different causes of confusion
Support pathways through the service system for people with
dementia and people with physical disability
Empowering people, enhancing independence and enriching
lives through service provision
