CORPORATE GOLF PRIVILEGES




Green fees include shared power cart.
Five (5) day advance booking privileges.
Unlimited use of the Golf Academy (driving range, chipping green and putting green)
before/after your round.
Charging privileges for the company principal - on course, in the dining facilities
and pro shop.
The Corporate Season Ticket Packages are limited and will be issued on a first come first
served basis. A locker will be available for the company principal to rent at an annual
charge of $100.00 plus GST for purchases of a 50 Tee Time Package or greater. There is
also a mandatory key deposit of $200.00, refundable upon return of key.

2015 CORPORATE SEASON TICKET PACKAGE
INFORMATION & POLICIES
1. Your Corporate Season Ticket Package Membership number MUST be used when charging
for Food & Beverage in the lounge or on-course and charging for items from the Pro Shop.
Charging privileges are available for the Company Principal only and cannot be applied to
guests using tickets without the Company Principal present. A valid credit card must be on
file with Desert Blume Golf Club in order for this privilege to be in place. When signing for
your charge, a copy must be kept so as to match it up with the statements issued each month.
The Principal Member is liable for all charges to his/her account. Statements are sent
monthly and will be paid utilizing the credit card on file, on the 15th day of the following
month. If you do not wish to have charging privileges please contact Amanda Holt at 403581-4653 ext. 104.
2. Individuals booking tee times MUST provide the name of at least one of the players using the
Season Tickets, along with the ticket numbers, company name. The individual’s name is
entered into our reservation system and they must identify themselves upon checking-in and
present their Season Tickets. Failure to provide the tickets at check-in will result in the
player(s) being charged in full for the price of the golf rounds and cart fee(s). .

3. Season Tickets have no cash value and no replacements will be given for lost/stolen passes.
4. Ticket Holders are responsible for canceling unwanted tee times 24 hrs in advance of the
reserved time. Any booked but unused tee times will result in the player’s credit card being
charged.
5. At season end any unused Season Tickets will not be carried over to the following season.
6. Season Tickets cannot be combined with any other offers.
7. All other polices and procedures outlined by the Club in its code of conduct and rules apply
at all times to the Corporate Season Ticket Package Membership holder and their guests.

Definitions & Conditions of the Season Ticket Holder




Participation in the program shall be valid and will subsist for only one (1) golf season.
Approval of any persons as a Season Ticket Holder shall be at the discretion of Desert Blume Golf Inc.
(“Manager”) its employees or agents and contractors retained to manage the Club who may refuse or
deny an application for membership or renewal and who may suspend or terminate participation if
deemed necessary.
The Golf Course is owned and operated by the Manager alone, it being expressly acknowledged that:
1. The Manager has full and sole discretion and control over all issues of management without
input or advice from any other source or group;
2. The Manager alone may, on notice published conspicuously in the Clubhouse, promulgate and
amend any and all of the Rules of Corporate Season Ticket Package; and,
3. The Manager alone shall determine the issuance of any privilege and the acceptance of any
renewal in the program.
The Season Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees that:
1. The Manager is not responsible for any loss or injury to guest and family while in, on or about
the premises of the Club (including the course, clubhouse and parking facility) and the Season
Ticket Holder hereby waives any and all claims and rights of damages against the Manager,
its agents, employees, etc. accordingly;
2. All non-sufficient fund (NSF) cheques incur a twenty-five ($25) dollar service charge.
3. Desert Blume management reserves the right to close to the public, at its discretion, for the
purpose of tournament play.
4. All players will observe and adhere to all club rules and codes of conduct. The Manager
reserves the right to refuse or terminate play for anyone breaching these rules.
