Purpose: 4th through 10th
graders who want to get into
honors, remediate skills, or
just preview the next
class. We offer Algebra 1-2,
Honors Geometry and now,
Algebra 3-4. Students may
receive credit for these
classes, but it is not a
requirement.
Purpose: Incoming 6th11th grade students will
receive instruction from
nationally ranked coaches
and competitors in
speech and debate. All
students will perform at
the 3 and 6-week marks.
Purpose: To prepare incoming 9th – 12th grade
students to experience greater
academic success through the
further understanding of goal
setting/planning, time
management, study strategies,
campus resources, success
habits, learning strengths, and
self-reflection.
Where: Lower east C-building
wing (classes assigned the 1st
day)
When: 6 weeks M-F
starting Wednesday, May
27, 2015 until
Wednesday, July 1, 2015
NOT FOR CREDIT
Purpose: Kids ages 6-13 to
participate in enrichment
classes in painting, drawing,
musical theatre, dance,
ceramics, chorus, etc.
Where: A-building (classes

experiences. Students are
responsible for finding
their internship
opportunity, consultation
available from Mrs. Hickel.
Purpose: Allows students
enrolled in a Summer
Academy to have extra time
practicing the skills learned
