Craft Spirits Festival DESTILLE BERLIN is the first international festival entirely
dedicated to artisan spirits in Germany. 2015 it takes place for the fourth time. This year
because of the many new exhibitors we had to change the location. The beautiful brick
stone “Heeresbäckerei”, a former army bakery was build in the late nineteen century and
is located close to the Markthalle Neun – the hotspot of Berlin’s new foodie community.
Craft Spirits Festival DESTILLE BERLIN enables presentation and sale of spirits to
interested visitors and professionals.
Artisan producers of spirits and selected dealers who offer such spirits are admitted
exhibitors. Please check the following guidelines for Craft Spirits Festival DESTILLE

The spirits offered must meet the following criteria:
o Atrisan traditional production from small distilleries.
o Independent distilleries without corporate shareholders.
o Free of artificial and nature identical additives, no preservatives, free of
yeast or flavoring extracts.
o Free of artificial sugar substitute
o Free from genetically modified crops.
o Dealer and importer may only offer products marked with the producers
details. The traceability must be guaranteed.

Specific requirements concerning electricity supply, water and suchlike.
We will offer following products
Sole contract partner is the Markthalle Neun GmbH. A withdrawal from the contract until
14 days before the event is possible, refund of the registration fee, withholding of 10 EUR
cancellation fees. With short notice cancellation no refund is possible. If the event is canceled
the organizer will refund the fee. Further claims are excluded.
I confirm that all our products comply with our Craft Spirits Festival DESTILLE
BERLIN regulations (see page N° 2) and all spirits contain neither aroma additives nor
alcohol additives.

Glasware
• Each visitor receives at the entrance a nosing glass. If you need different glasses,
you can rent glasses at e.g. rent4event. Due to logistical reasons we don’t provide
individual glassware cleaning service.

Tickets
• day pass: 10 Euro (advance online sale 8 Euro)
incl. Nosing-Glas und 3 free samples.
• Every exhibitor gets 4 free tickets.
Construction and Dismantling Period
• Construction – Saturday 10am – 2pm
• Dismantling – Sunday 7pm – 9pm
• Exhibitors agree to comply with the festival hours, construction and dismantling
periods.
Delivery
• Delivery via the ramp in the yard – entrance Köpenicker Straße 16/17.(We will
send a map of the site to our exhibitors.)
Distiller Stands
• Dimensions 145x80 cm (½ “market table”) or 3 m2 exhibition space (own stand).
• No back and side walls provided.

Without the permission of the organizer is not permitted to sublet parts of the
stand to third parties. Products or companies that are not mentioned in the
registration form cannot be presented at the stand.
Advertising and promotional material like flyers, posters or roll-ups may be issued
and displayed only within the rented stand.
Electricity Supply
• A 220 V. electricity supply together with a power socket for a refrigerator will be
provided automatically.
• An extension cable of min. 7 m length is needed.
Light Installation
• The illumination of the stand is the exhibitor's responsibility.
Water
• Access to tap water is provided. No access to tap water at your stand.
Waste disposal
• All exhibitors are responsible for the disposal of any waste produced on their
respective stands.

Safety / Fire Protection
• The Markthalle Neun GmbH is not liable for damages caused by the exhibitors.
• The Markthalle Neun GmbH will not be liable for any theft or loss of or damage
to property, including in particular but not limited to valuables, brought along by
participants or accompanying persons.

Fees for exhibitors
• The fee for a stand includes: 3 m2 exhibition space or ½ market table
(145x80 cm), operating costs, electricity, water, and a marketing fee.
• The specified market fees are excl. VAT (19%).
• The market fees are to be paid in advance. An invoice is sent in advance by email. The registration is only valid if the full amount is credited to the account.
