This is also a great place to break your journey for morning tea or lunch: Guineas Farm Stall – Stock up on freshly harvested fruits and vegies just before the Mt Warning National Park turn-off. The Guinea family have been farming in the Valley since the 1800s and you can often see their crops growing right by the side of the road. CHILLINGHAM FARM TOUR Chillingham Bush Tucker – Farmer Buck Buchanan grows some of the Valley’s most exotic fruits including the Tweed’s own native fingerlimes with a bubbly pulp like lime-flavoured caviar, which Buck supplies to some of Australia’s top restaurants, including Tetsuya’s in Sydney. He also grows Buddha’s hands fruits , Japanese yuzu fruit, kaffir limes, local Davidson plums, fragrant lemon myrtle and more.
