Who are we?
SALISBURY the magazine is all about life in and around Rowan County and the Piedmont. Produced by the staff
of the Salisbury Post, the magazine takes a deeper look at what is best about living here.
The flavor of our area will come through in features about people, places, food, homes, history, recreation and
more — something for every season. The magazine will be filled with original, unique articles and beautiful pictures
by award-winning photographers. Each issue will include a community calendar, a history column, gardening advice
and lots of “people” pictures from parties and fundraisers.
Our pages convey the warmth of the people and the style of the Piedmont. Our content is intelligent, open minded,
and as honest as down home cooking. Our foundation is in our editorial integrity and our knowledge of the area.

PAYMENT TERMS: The Advertiser/Agency shall pay for any advertising specified in this agreement according to the terms
specified. All first time advertisers are required to provide prepayment, and, if credit application approved, may be billed
for future advertising. In the event that timely payment is not
made SALISBURY the magazine may reject advertising copy
or cancel this agreement. If the agreement is canceled at
any time due to the advertiser not making timely payments,
SALISBURY the magazine may re-bill the advertiser/agency for
any outstanding balances.
SHORT RATE: It is also understood that in the event the advertiser
does not meet the stated issue requirements during the contract
period SALISBURY the magazine has the right to charge back to
the advertiser the difference between the contracted rate and
the actual rate earned per the magazine’s rate card.
OWNERSHIP OF ADVERTISING COPY: All advertising copy created
by SALISBURY the magazine remains property of the magazine,
including all rights and copyrights therein. Advertiser understands
and agrees they cannot authorize any form of reproduction for
use in any other medium without the magazine’s prior written
consent.
CREATIVE: Advertiser or its agency shall provide SALISBURY the
magazine with camera ready materials by material close date
of each issue. In cases in which advertising copy is created
by SALISBURY the magazine, the magazine agrees to provide
advertiser with (1) ad proof prior to material close date.
