A PROFILE OF OUR FIRM
D. Haller, Inc. is a construction management firm that works directly for building
owners, institutions, and developers. We provide complete construction management
services including estimating, scheduling, logistic and phasing development, document
constructability reviews, trade procurement, construction coordination, project field
supervision, financial and insurance controls, quality control, and project close out.
We believe that the best manner of project delivery for an owner is through the
construction management approach where we work directly for the owner as their agent,
though we are willing to perform work under a guaranteed maximum price

FATHER DUFFY SQUARE / TKTS BOOTH
This unique project is located in the heart of Times Square, the “crossroads of the world”. The existing outdated
TKTS booth that is used as a sales office for tickets to Broadway plays will be replaced with a new structural glass
stepped seating enclosure that will house the ticket booth facility below. Heating and cooling of the facility will be
performed by a geothermal system. Along with the booth, the entire plaza area will be expanded and resurfaced
with new granite pavers.
350 WEST BROADWAY
