It is this excitement that will fuel many new changes. In the true spirit of this re-invention, the café will be renamed. We will continue to feature high quality, superior service and healthy and nutritious meals that promote Health, Nutrition and the Environment®. Some of the changes coming to BID Cafeteria. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION In an effort to satisfy many of the requests from our customers, Guckenheimer now has more nutritional information available for our daily menu offerings. ALLERGEN IDENTIFICATION All Daily features will include displayed icons to let you know what’s in the food you eat. THE HEALTH BAR We will be working to make the Health Bar experience easier and adding additional healthy and unique selections. PALETAS Y HELADOS We are excited to offer some delicious frozen treats including housemade Fruit Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches. Cool off. SUSHI AND BENTO Every day Sushi Bar. A truly “fresh as it gets” culinary adventure! DESSERTS AND SNACKS If you have a sweet tooth, you are going to love the new dessert station that will be featuring Flan, Rice Pudding, Cakes, Postres and Sweets. THE DELI AND PANINI We will still feature a variety of hormone and nitrate free made to order options, but will also now feature a variety of Hand-Crafted Paninis assembled and for a quick escape. AFTERNOON CELEBRATIONS Dreaming of the perfect afternoon dessert? Several times per month, we will be featuring chef-driven afternoon dessert socials. Selections include Strawberry Shortcake, Sweet Dessert Crepes, Milk Shake Bar and a good old fashioned Ice Cream Social.
