Course Information
Sprint Swim - 440 Yards
DeGray Lake: rated as one of the cleanest fresh water lakes in America. You can drink it...
The race begins with an in water start. The Entry and Finish area is located on a concrete boat
ramp.
Historically the water temp in early May is in the high 60's to mid 70's. If water temp is above
78F wet suit will not be allowed
Sprint Triathlon BIKE - 13.5 Miles
Newly repaved (fall of 2009) roads for most of the course. But it ain't flat... Sprint Tri RUN - 3 Miles
The Course is out and back on Skyline Drive and Forestry Circle. Aid stations will be located at
roughly 1 mile increments
and are very well stocked.
