1. By entering the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon ‘Win a GOPRO Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. In order to be eligible to enter the competition, a participant: 2.1 must have a valid ID or Passport no. 3. All participants who meet the eligibility requirements set out above will be automatically entered into the competition. 4. Employees of the Old Mutual group, and their immediate families, associated companies and service providers are not eligible to participate in the competition 5. The competition’s opening date is 1 April 2015; and the closing date is 12pm on 3 April 2015. 6. A winner will be drawn by random selection from all eligible entries by 30 April. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entered into. 7. The prize for the competition is 1x GOPRO The prize can only be delivered locally, i.e. within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. 8. Multiple entries into the competition will not be allowed. One entry per eligible entrant only. 9. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item. If, for any reason, Old Mutual cannot provide the prize, Old Mutual will award an alternative prize of a similar value. 10. Each of the winners will be required to provide Old Mutual with proof of identification in the form of a copy of his/her identity document, passport or South African driver’s licence. 11. Notification and delivery of prizes: 11.1. Each winner will be informed telephonically and/or by e-mail within a 2 week period after his/her name has been drawn, that he/she has won a prize. 11.2 Old Mutual reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond to the telephone call or e-mail within 1 month of being contacted. In such event, Old Mutual will be entitled to select another winner within 2 weeks thereafter. 11.3 If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, that winner will forfeit his/her prize and another winner will be selected. 11.4 No change may be given for incomplete redemption of the prize. 11.5 Organisers may require that the prize winner (at no fee and for no compensation) be identified and photographed, when accepting the prize, which photographs may be published in printed or digital media, radio and/or television. 11.6 Organisers may require that the prize winner complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the organisers to ensure that the prize winner has complied with the rules of the competition. 12. Should any prize winner be found not to have complied with these competitions Terms and Conditions, the prize winner will automatically be disqualified. All information supplied by participants will be kept confidential and stored securely on the Old Mutual data base for purposes of this competition.
