Honeywell CK3 Promotion – UK Reseller Terms & Conditions
We are excited to introduce this aggressive new promotion on CK3X and CK3R mobile
computers to provide you with an exceptional offering on our top selling CK3 SKUs and
corresponding Service.
This promotion is exclusive Resellers and Authorised Honeywell Distributors in the UK. The additional
volume based discounts outlined below will be passed to Resellers at the point of sale by Honeywell
Authorised Distributors (or where approved, direct from Honeywell).
Resellers gain deeper discounts depending on the quantity purchased. Products must be purchased in a
single transaction to qualify for the relevant quantity discounts below.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any Price Exception, Project Registration or Demo
Program discount pricing.

Reseller Terms & Conditions
1.
The Honeywell CK3 Promotion - UK (referred to as “the Promotion” hereafter), is available to Resellers
registered in the UK, buying from Distributors authorised to sell Honeywell Mobility products in the UK, or,
where approved, for Platinum Tier Performance Partner Program members buying direct from Honeywell.
2. The Promotion is available on purchases of 3 or more of the Qualifying Products on page 1 in a single
transaction, which are shipped and invoiced between 17th February and 30th April 2015.

The Service discount is only available when used in conjunction with the Qualifying Products volume
discounts and must be attached to the same number of units as the total sold under the promotion
4.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Price Exception, Project Registration, Demo Program
pricing, or any other special or additional discount.
5.
The additional discounts outlined in the Qualifying Products & Discounts table will be provided to the Reseller
by the Honeywell Authorised Distributor, or by Honeywell if the Reseller is eligible to purchase direct, at the
point of purchase.
6.
Where the purchase is via Distribution, the additional discount will be subtracted from the standard Reseller
buy price as determined by the Distributor.
7.
The Reseller buy price is determined entirely by the Distributor.
8.
Honeywell reserves the right to issue an adjustment to the promotion in light of any changes to the List Price.
Standard lead times apply.
9.
10. The decisions of Honeywell in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
11. Honeywell reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer at any time without prior notice.
