League details:
• 13 games guaranteed
• Summer Special: All weekday games start from
7-11pm. Sunday PM from 5pm-11pm.
• All teams qualify for playoffs
• All divisions play 6-a-side
• Teams may play a double-header and/or game on
an alternate night
• Schedules are subject to change based on number
of teams in a division
• Spaces are limited
• Coed teams must have two women on the field at
all times
• Affiliated member of the Ontario Soccer
Association
Registration fees:
• Team fee - $1010 plus HST
• Team Fee due with application
Additional fees:
• Referee fees - $15/team/game (All Leagues)
• OSA/District reg. fee - $19/player/team
• All participants must be registered
• Teams will be billed their OSA fees on the
fourth game; team payment due upon billing
Payment:
• Payment can be made by cash or all major credit
cards
• Personal cheques are not accepted

Registration can be completed in two ways:
1. Complete the registration form (see reverse) and
submit registration form with deposit to the
offices at The Hangar at the Downsview Park
Sports Centre
2. Register online at downsviewpark.ca
• No refunds allowed
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt
of a complete registration form and full deposit

death due to the use of this facility
and are hereby released from all claims and liabilities whatsoever arising from participation in or attendance at The
Hangar. I/we consent to the use by Downsview Park of my/our team(s) in photographs, videos and new media, and I/we
acknowledge and agree that Downsview Park reserves the sole and exclusive right to use any such photographs or
videos for advertising and instructional purposes, without cost or charge to Downsview Park.
