Teachers, thank you for your help with Locker Clean Out. Please be advised of the following:








STUDENTS CAN STILL USE THEIR LOCKERS UNTIL FINALS BEGIN.
Locker cleanout is ONLY 10 minutes!!
Collection boxes for used supplies will also be provided.
Provide a visible, active presence in the hallway, monitoring students while checking
lockers near your classrooms.
Please check that students have removed all debris, library books, clothing, nonessentials, etc. from their lockers.
Recycle bins (green) will be marked and posted in hallways. Please encourage students
to put paper into the bins, and GARBAGE (old lunches, etc…!) into garbage cans (red or
gray).
Trash bags will be provided for students to deposit their belongings if needed. Library
books and other instructional materials will be collected.
As students need to study, please instruct students to keep their needed textbooks and
return them to the Lecture Center during finals week. If they do not need their text books
they will need to return them the Lecture Center where there will be bookroom attendants
available to receive them.
Security and Deans will need to have locker keys in the event that students do not remember
their locker combination. ALL STUDENTS MUST SHOW ID W/LOCKER # ON THE ID IN
ORDER TO HAVE THEIR LOCKER OPENED. We hope this process minimizes any
disruption generated by the locker clean out. If you have any questions, please email me or
