Eagle Crest Golf Club Outing Information Course Availability Saturday and Sunday tee times are available after 10:00 am only. Weekday tee times are available anytime before 12:30 pm. Weather Cancellation due to inclement or impending inclement weather will be at the sole discretion of Eagle Crest Golf Club. Shot Gun Starts Available Monday-Friday only, before 9:00 AM. 60 player minimum. Pro Shop Staff will do all hole assignments. Course will not be closed for less than 120 players. Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and times for your outing. The final count of players may be changed up to one week prior to the outing, after which no further changes will be allowed and payment will be required for that number of players. NO exceptions, refunds or rain checks. Payment No billing service available. Full payment required before play begins. Personal check, money order or cash are accepted methods of payment. Credit Cards are accepted for deposits only. Coolers NOT ALLOWED! A beverage cart is on the course daily: arrangements for your needs can be made with our staff. All food and beverage must be purchased from our clubhouse. Spectator / Caddies All people on the course must have a paid greens fee and clubs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is a stipulation of our insurance coverage. Damage/Liability All damage/liability is the responsibility of the organization and the person signing the golf outing contract. Dress Code Collared shirts required, no tank tops, ladies also. Please no cutoffs or short shorts. Services Available Our staff will be pleased to assist tournament organizers with contest setup, scoring, pre-tournament clinics, prizes and food service options.
