Italian Dining & Cooking Experiences
Our One Day Italian Lunch comprises a 3 course meal with wine, hands-on traditional Italian pasta making, recipes you can try
at home and a little Italian language. Our Three Week Italian Cooking Class is held over three consecutive Wednesday evenings
and is ideal for enhancing your cooking skills. Looking for something different for your corporate Christmas function in 2015? We
now offer private Corporate Christmas Dinners for up to 12 guests. These Italian Dining and Cooking Experiences are hosted
by passionate foodie Renato Di Stefano and are held in purpose built kitchens at either Phil Hoffmann Travel Glenelg or Modbury.
Special events such as Corporate functions, private parties and Christmas lunches are also available on request.

Travel photography workshops
This hands-on workshop is specially designed to give travellers the knowledge, confidence and skills to enjoy photography
whilst travelling. You will learn about composition, lighting, use of flash and focus, with a view to returning from your trip with
evocative and memorable photographs. What makes for great travel photography, camera accessories, and managing your
photos while away are also included. The aim of this class is to improve the quality of your travel photos, and is perfect for
