The rationale for the escalating attacks on NJEA and selected locals will also be explored and discussed. (P.D. credits) Red Cross First Aid This workshop will show attendees what to do in certain emergency situations, how to keep a cool head, and react appropriately to the situation. The purpose of the course is to teach untrained bystanders how to perform hands-only CPR and what to do in emergencies. (P.D. credits) Special Education Today Learn about the changes in special education in New Jersey as a result of the 2004 reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA).
