similar to modern heat pump technology, just
for hot water.
How it works....Like most ‘good’ things it is natural and very simple!
The Thermodynamic Solar system offers a practical solution to domestic water
heating at a fraction of the cost of oil, gas or electric fuelled systems… working with
or without your current system.
The system comprises of one external thermodynamic panel, a ‘Magic Box’ heat
exchanger and a new or existing water cylinder. The system makes use of a noncombustible refrigerant to collect solar and environmental energy day and night…
heating your water to a normal 55 degrees centigrade.
The Thermodynamic panel absorbs heat from the atmosphere into a refrigerant fluid
circulating through the panel, as the panel heats the fluid evaporates and leaves the
panel. The Fluid becomes a hot compressed gas which then passes through a heat
exchange inside the Magic Box. This heat is transferred to the water which is
pumped into your water tank..
The gas then passes through a valve and reverts back into a fluid. The fluid then
returns back into the panel and the process is repeated over an over.
The systems only switches itself on if your water needs to be heated… so there is no
risk of wasting energy.

How it works....Like most ‘good’ things it is natural and very simple!
Both financial and environmental savings are extremely good indeed, as water
heating can easily account for between 30 – 45 % of your current utility Bills !
Once a week, The existing boiler or an electrical element boosts the water
temperature to 70 degrees centigrade to combat legionella…..This is normal for any
hot water system!
The refrigerant used is environmentally safe and the thermodynamic heating plates
do not enter your water cylinder, thereby ensuring total safety for the environment
and user.
The panel can be installed on a wall, flat or pitched roof and there are 3 cylinder
sizes making it suitable for all households.
It really is a very simple proven product… Payback can be achieved in 4-8 years,
depending on different applications, and one of our surveyors can advise on specific
viability for you..!

 Installation Thermodynamics.
1.
The installation of this product is very simple. We connect into the cold feed in
and the hot feed out.
2.
The cylinder fills with cold water and then a pressure valve closes. The water
in the cylinder then circulates through the Little Magic box until it reaches
55°C.
3.
Once this is achieved the systems goes into standby and consumes a nominal
1 watt an hour.
4.
This means that the existing cylinder is utilised and does not need to be
replaced (unless of course there is an existing combi-boiler in which case we
would add a cylinder.)
5.
The installation takes one day, or two days, if we fit a new water cylinder.
