Summer strength training Summer Strength Training Summer Strength Training is a program developed to help improve student/athlete fitness levels and athletic potential by providing structured and supervised total body strength work-outs in a group setting. Students are required to attend the first 2 sessions for an orientation that will include assistance in building a training program, how to keep accurate training records and how to use reps with proper form on the equipment. After that, students will be expected to train independently but adult trainers are always available for questions and adjustments. In order to achieve optimal effects, students should commit to training at least twice per week with a partner whenever possible. Make ups are available with approval from a trainer. Otherwise, all students must attend the session they are registered in. Please note, this program is not intended to be one-on-one personal training.
