This seminar teaches what you need to know to comply with all FINTRAC and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation
(CASL). The FINTRAC portion will go over the staff, Salespeople, and Broker training required, how to document
the training, what internal policies are needed, as well as how to prepare a risk assessment. The CASL portion
will go over who can market, and how to obtain consent from new clients. Topics include:
