Job Description
Client Associate, Commercial Real Estate - Chicago, IL
This is a commercial real estate lending team position. The Client Associate is responsible for assisting the Client
Manager with originating loans on stabilized apartment, office, retail and industrial properties.
Responsibilities:






Analysis of commercial real estate cash flow and valuation
Preparation of loan proposal packages
Managing of the loan package through closing
Assists with related marketing activities
Explains process and products/services requirements to customers
Identifies sources of new business, maintaining existing relationships
Qualifications
A four-year college degree with a major in a related field (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance and/or
Marketing - desired) and one to two years experience within a commercial real estate lending
environment. Preference given to candidates with commercial real estate appraisal experience.
