ROOM DEPOSIT:
A deposit of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Hundred (RM 700.00) is required to secure two (2) nights of the free hotel stay.
Room deposit will be 100% forfeited IF applicant (1) failed to validate attendance in International Beauty Expo (IBE)
2015; (2) failed to attend the compulsory Business Meetings (at least 2 sessions); and (3) disregard the cancellation
policies stated in Part VI. Room deposit of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Hundred (RM 700.00) shall be collected at the Credit
Card Counter located in the exhibition hall.

*PART VI: TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Hotel rooms offered are limited and are on first-come-first-served basis.
2. FREE 3D/2N hotel stay is open only to business owners/agents/distributors of beauty, hair, cosmetics, nail and spa
industries who travelled from other countries to IBE 2015 with intentions to make order/purchase.
3. Maximum of only one (1) free hotel room to be offered to one (1) company (free hotel room could not be extended to
branches/offices/sister companies). Maximum two (2) guests per room.
4. Hotel room is not transferrable and applicant MUST NOT be one of IBE 2015’s exhibitors, or partners/sponsors to, or has
affiliation with IBE 2015’s exhibitors.
5. Elite Expo reserves the right to withdraw applicant from this program, and forfeit the room deposit of Ringgit Malaysia
Seven Hundred (RM700.00) if the action of selling or promoting products/services are identified in the course of this
program.
6. Applicant is COMPULSORY to attend a minimum of two (2) sessions of Business Meeting pre-arranged by Elite Expo.
7. Room deposit will be 100% forfeited IF applicant (1) failed to validate attendance in International Beauty Expo (IBE)
2015; (2) failed to attend the compulsory Business Meetings (at least 2 sessions); and (3) disregard the cancellation
policies stated herein.
8. Elite Expo reserves the right to request supporting documents at all times during the application approval process.
9. Elite Expo reserves full right to add, amend, or terminate any of the above without prior notice.
10. Elite Expo will not take liabilities for any unforeseen circumstances occurring in the exhibition hall.
11. Elite Expo reserves the rights to immediately disqualify any participant whom found to be abusing the above terms and
conditions stated.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. 50% room deposit (RM 350.00) will be forfeited for room cancellation made less than 30 days from the exhibition date.
2. 100% room deposit (RM 700.00) will be forfeited for room cancellation made less than 14 days from the exhibition date.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF APPLICANT’S PRIVATE INFORMATION

Elite Expo hereby agrees to hold strict confidentiality of all applicant’s personal details, organization details, and credit
card details, and agrees not to disclose, sell, rent, reproduce, or provide any confidential information to third party
without the prior written consent of applicant.
Elite Expo, in respect to the confidentiality of applicant’s private information, shall destroy applicant’s credit card details
at the end of the exhibition.
