Join David Calhoon for this very Special Getaway to the beautiful Northwest city of Seattle. This
special tour is not to be missed. On this tour you will visit Madison Park and the Japanese Gardens,
Pike Place Market, Chihuly Gardens & Glass, Space Needle, Bainbridge Island and ride on the Clipper
Ferry. Get your reservation in early. This is a one-time offered trip and space is limited.
Day 1 (Wednesday): Begin your day in Green Bay. You will be transferred by
deluxe motorcoach to the Milwaukee Airport. Non-stop flights on Southwest
Airlines from Milwaukee. Transfer from the airport to the beautiful and luxurious
Warwick Seattle Hotel. Located in the upbeat Belltown district, just blocks from
the Space Needle and the heart of downtown. Dinner this evening is on your own
~ allowing you to explore the best of Seattle’s foodie culture.
Day 2 (Thursday): After your included Full
American breakfast, you will be taken on a Seattle
City Highlights Tour with a stop at Pike Place
Market for shopping and lunch on your own. Then
you will continue on to beautiful Japanese Gardens
and the fabulous grounds of Madison Park. Your
tour will continue on to Seattle Center, where you
will enjoy a ride to the top of the Space Needle and
see the Chihuly Garden & Glass Exhibit. Our day
ends at 7:15pm back at the hotel.
Day 3 (Friday): Included Full American breakfast,
your day is free to explore the city. Your Seattle
City Pass gives you admission to go back to the top
of the Space Needle, admission to the Seattle
Aquarium, take the Argosy cruises harbor tour,
admission to the EMP Museum or Woodland Park
Zoo, admission to the Pacific Science center or the
Museum of flight.
DAY 3: OPTIONAL TOUR: If you have a passport we are offering an Optional Victoria Day Trip @ $179.00 per
person. This optional tour includes: Transportation aboard the Victoria Clipper departing Seattle at 7:30am to
Victoria. Admission to Butchart Gardens & City Tour, including narrated city tour, admission and 2 hours at
Butchart Gardens and then return ferry to Seattle arriving approximately 9:30pm.
Day 4 (Saturday): Included Full American breakfast.
Board the motorcoach for your transfer to the Ferry
service to Bainbridge Island. Upon arrival at Bainbridge
you will be taken on a tour of the beautiful Bloedel
Reserve. Then a stop in downtown Bainbridge Island
for shopping and lunch on your own. Return to Seattle
via the ferry and transfer back to the hotel. This evening
you will be treated to a 3 course meal at the Icon Grill.
Day 5 (Sunday): After your Full American breakfast, you will check out of the hotel.
Early-morning transfers to the airport for your non-stop flight back to Milwaukee and
then motorcoach transfer back to Green Bay.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL FACTS
PAYMENTS: A deposit of $350.00 per person and a signed Reservation Form as an acknowledgement that
you agree to the conditions of this contract must accompany all reservation requests and be received within
seven days of booking. Final payments are due by the booking deadline of June 27, 2015. Checks should be
made payable to ELJO Travel LLC.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: We are accepting the following credit cards for this tour: Mastercard, Visa or
Discover.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All cancellations must be in writing to ELJO Travel LLC. Cancellations are
as follows: 99 to 60 days prior - $50.00 per person; 59 to 30 days prior to departure - $100.00 plus any
additional charges accessed by the airline & hotel; 29 days or less – non refundable. ELJO Travel LLC highly
recommends trip cancellation coverage. An application will be mailed to you with receipt of your deposit.
PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: Passengers must check in at the appointed airline ticket counter at
least one and one half hours prior to scheduled departure. Failure to comply with these conditions may result
in the loss of your seat to a standby passenger. Flight times are tentative and subject to change without
notice. Passengers may not make changes in their route, city of origin or destination or exchange or transfer
their tickets to another date, another person, or another airline.

Swanstone Gardens are independent contractors that arrange travel related services for individuals and
groups. ELJO Travel LLC and Swanstone Gardens are not agents of the customer or of those providing
travel-services and does not in any manner directly provide accommodations, transportation, meals or other
travel related services. ELJO Travel LLC or Swanstone Gardens shall not be liable for any delayed
departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations or of common carrier equipment,
termination of services, changes in fares or for cancellations of reservations, which are beyond their control
and without notice. ELJO Travel LLC and Swanstone Gardens reserve the right to alter the itinerary.
