Hello fellow Elvis Fans!
Please find enclosed your tickets for
The 17TH Original Elvis Birthday Weekender 2016.
There are two ways to book your hotel room. The simplest and
most accurate way to book is METHOD 1.
But if you don’t have access to the internet and don’t have
anyone to access it for you then you can use METHOD 2.
Whichever method you use PLEASE NOTE:
(a)You MUST book your room by 13th November, 2015 to ensure
you get our great rates. After this date it will be subject to
availability and the price may differ.
(b)Your card details will be held and you will be liable to
cancellation charges as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 6-8 weeks prior - 25%
Cancellation 4-6 weeks prior - 50%
Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior - 75%
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior - 100%
(c) 50% Deposit will be taken at the time of booking
METHOD 1:
1. Go to the website for ELVIS IN LONDON: www.elvisinlondon.co.uk
2. Click on the appropriate one of the links “Book your group
rate for Elvis Weekend 3 nights” or “Book your group rate for
Elvis Weekend 1-2 nights”

METHOD 2:
For special room requests and to make reservations for triple
occupancy rooms, please contact Tatiana on 0208 298 2425 or
via email: [email protected]
Reservations can also be made over the phone by ringing the
Central Reservations office on 0800 699 996 and quoting the
following promotional codes:
3 Night Rates:
J4FA – for single or double occupancy in a Standard bedroom
J4FB – for double occupancy in a Twin bedroom
2 Night Rates (Sat-Sun):
J4FC - for single or double occupancy in a Standard bedroom
J4FD - for double occupancy in a Twin bedroom

may see on the hotel’s website - they don’t apply to us! But if you are driving
there make sure that you park on the FIRST TWO LEVELS ONLY, otherwise you
will be fined. This is a local council rule so is totally out of our hands.
