In honor of Fair Housing Month and National Realtist Week, it is with great
pleasure and enthusiasm that the Empire Board of Realtists, Inc cordially
invites you to participate in our Housing and Financial Freedom Expo 2015,
sponsored by Empire Board Real Estate School and SunTrust Bank. This
culminating event will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 10:00am to
6:00pm at Stonecrest Mall.
This year’s expo will be a day of education for homebuyers and homeowners,
and financial education for all. Throughout the day classes will be held on
Credit, Homebuyer’s education, Foreclosure prevention, Getting your home
ready to sell, Investing in Real Estate, Wills and financial improvement.
As a sponsor/vendor, you will be given the opportunity to display your
product/service in our sponsor/vendor circle with visibility and access to all
participants of the expo. Space is limited and time is of the essence!
Our levels of participation are as follows and the event application is attached.
 Platinum - $2,500 – 2 tables/4 chairs, table coverings, on air
interview, prime location, stage time (15 mins), visible signage,
lunch for 4
 Gold - $1,500 – 2 tables/4 chairs, table coverings, prime location,
stage time (5 mins), visible signage, lunch for 4
 Silver - $1,000 – 1 table/2 chairs, table coverings, visible signage,
lunch for 2
 Bronze - $500 – 1 table/2 chairs, table coverings, lunch for 2
Who Are
Realtists?
R
ealtists are members of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.,
(NAREB). NAREB is the oldest minority trade association in America. It was
founded in 1947 on a philosophy that, even today, is a beacon of excellence,
forever guiding and preparing its membership to meet the challenges of each new
tomorrow. The Empire Board of Realtists, Inc. is a chapter of NAREB. All
members of the local chapters are automatically members of NAREB.
Although comprised primarily of African-American professionals, the Empire
Board of Realtists is an integrated entity opened to qualified practitioners of all
races who are interested in achieving the ideals of the Realtist theme:
“Democracy in Housing”. Realtists have made substantial contributions to the
cause of democracy by working to provide housing for all without limitations or
restrictions. They remain true to the dual mission of serving the underserved and
developing creative and effective methods of rendering such services. In this
respect, Realtists have become the voice and conscience of the proponents of
equal housing opportunities for all citizens. This involves working on civic
programs in the political arena, as well as in the business world. All of these
facets are a part of Realtist programs throughout the nation.

General Information
 Prime Location: Indicates tables located near stage area.
 Stage time: 5 – 15 minutes on stage to talk about company’s services/products, time
determined by sponsor/vendor level.
 Visible signage: Name/Logo appears on event advertising.
 Sponsors to donate 1 item for drawings.
 No selling of merchandise of any kind.
 No electricity available, please plan accordingly.
 Sponsors/Vendors must be approved by The Mall at Stonecrest.
Vendors Instructions
 All sponsors/vendors will be required to staff their tables during the entire
time allotted for Expo. Each vendor will determine the number of staff per
table.
 All sponsors/vendors are required to arrive by 9:00am for proper setup. All
sponsors/vendors are responsible for setup, breakdown and cleanup
around their area. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY LITERATURE OR BUSINESS
CARDS AT END OF EXPO. Take everything with you upon departure.
 To ensure professional environment, all personal items and extra literature
will be placed under the table, please dress business casual or company
uniform (NO JEANS).
