Directions
The Yankee Stadium subway stop is located on East 161st Street and River Avenue. The No. 4 train (East Side) and the B
and D trains (West Side) make stops at 161st Street/Yankee Stadium. A trip from Midtown Manhattan takes

Rain Plan
There is no rain date. Commencement will take place rain or shine. If rain is heavy, the ceremony will be abbreviated.
Participants should come prepared if inclement weather is expected on Commencement day.
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave the Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to the Stadium will be allowed
only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit the Stadium for this purpose must proceed to the Stadium Lobby
for consideration. Guests will only be permitted to return into the Stadium through this entrance with their assigned ticket.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is allowed. All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly
prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at the Stadium.
Child Entry
Children who are 3 years old or younger and less than 30 inches tall do not need a ticket for entry. However,
the child must sit on an adult's lap during the ceremony without obstructing the view of other guests.
Guest Relations
The Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall will be open during this event.
Lost and Found
Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item may do so at the Guest Relations and Ticket
Sales Booth adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall. To inquire via phone, please call 718-579-4413. Lost items
will be held for 30 days before being disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization.
Yankee Stadium Security Policies
Safety is the No. 1 priority at Yankee Stadium, and the Yankees will take every reasonable step to provide a secure and
enjoyable environment for everyone entering the Stadium. In addition to the presence of security personnel and uniformed
police officers throughout the Stadium, the Yankees administer several important security measures in accordance with
Major League Baseball security regulations and in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Inspection points have been established at all Stadium entrances. The Yankees reserve the right to inspect any bags,
clothing or other articles prior to entry into the Stadium and prohibit entry or require removal of any items at their sole
and absolute discretion.
NOTICE: For the safety of every Guest, all persons specifically consent to and are subject to metal detector and physical
pat-down inspections prior to entry. Any persons or property that could affect the safety of Yankee Stadium, its occupants
or its property shall be denied entry. Guests may bring into the Stadium one soft-sided bag no larger than 16 inches by 16
inches by 8 inches.
Guests may not carry the following into the Stadium:
• any bag larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches
• briefcases, coolers and hard-sided bags and containers
• glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses
• laser pens
• video cameras or mono/tripods
• laptop computers
• firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
• illegal drugs or substances
• alcoholic beverages
• brooms, poles, staffs or sticks
• baseball bats of any size
• televisions
• animals (except service animals to aid Guests with disabilities)
• air horns or other distracting noisemakers
• any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports or event participant, other Guest, audio or
audio/visual telecast or recording of the game or event, or any technology-related service provided in Yankee
Stadium
• masks and costumes
• projectiles (e.g., Frisbees, beach balls, etc.)
• aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, sunscreen, etc.)
• confetti or glitter
• fireworks
• obscene or indecent clothing
Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the Stadium. There is no storage area for these items. Guests
arriving by public transportation should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be
made.

Factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller are permissible. Please see the Bottles and Cans entry
on the Yankee Stadium web site.
Guests who are or appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into Yankee Stadium.
Only vehicles dropping off or picking up guests with disabilities will be permitted curbside at Yankee Stadium.
No other vehicles are permitted curbside.
The Yankees reserve the right to change or modify these guidelines without notice.
