Václav Havel’s office
A virtual tour of the Prague office that the late former Czech president Václav Havel used
after his departure from the post will be available from April. The virtual entry into the first
room is free, while the tour of the rest of the office is charged at 80 crowns or 2.99 euros.
The money will be used to finance further development of the Foundation Vision 97.

Mercedes has a new defensive strategy
Mercedes expects to bring forward some of its 2015 Formula 1 development programme to
fend off the emerging threat from Ferrari. Just two weeks after Mercedes won the Australian
Grand Prix, the champion team was defeated by Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel. The result followed
a substantial reorganisation of Ferrari's F1 programme.

Wife of Petr Nečas charged with tax evasion
The Czech State Attorney's Office in Olomouc launched in mid-March criminal proceedings
against Jana Nečasová over her failure to pay more than 700 thousand crowns in gift tax. She
may be sentenced up to ten years in prison. According to her file, she did not pay a gift tax in
29 cases, in which she received gifts worth approximately 9 million crowns.
