Self-supporting frame construction in welded and galvanised design, consisting of thermally
and acoustically decoupled outer and inner frames, which together create a hollow profile.
Panel and inspection doors double-skinned 50 mm, thermally decoupled, made of
galvanised sheet steel .
Sound proofing and thermal insulation with high-quality, non inflammable mineral wool
insulation, material class A1 according to DIN 4102, inserted between inside and outside
casing panel.
With corrosion-resistant aluminium drain pan sloping towards the drain plugs on the side.
Inspection door on operating side can be opened with regular tools, may be opened to the
right or left or removed completely.
Double inlet radial fan with backward inclined impeller blades. Deep groove ball bearing
for noiseless operation.
Fan scroll with inspection door and drain plug Ø 10 mm.
Motor 400 V / 50 Hz, insulation class B, degree of protection IP 55, completely enclosed with
fresh air supply via flexible suction hose. Motor wired to the attached isolator switch.
Motor / fan drive via V-belt multi groove pulley.
Grease filter section

With extractable metal grid filter for separation of oily and greasy air, also applicable as prefilter with dusty air and up to nominal air volume.
