Proceedings book.
BADGES
A name badge will be provided with your
registration documents on site. For Security and
regulation purposes, the wearing of the badge
is compulsory at all times inside the Congress
venue. Should you lose your badge, please go to
the Welcome Desk for assistance.
CURRENCY
Payments for the congress will be accepted only
in Euros (€) in cash and credit card.
(Visa and MasterCard only).

The Exhibition area is located on level 0 and is
open during the following hours:

BREAKS
GALA DINNER
Morning (Thursday and Friday) and afternoon
(Wednesday and Thursday) breaks will be available
for all congress attendees in the exhibition area.
The congress Dinner will take place on Thursday,
April 23rd at “Les Machines de l’Île”. Tickets are
on sale at the registration desk (100€ per person,
upon availability).
Bus transportation is not provided. You have
received at the registration desk a metro/trampass for 3 days. Information to reach the dinner
are indicated in the invitation card.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificate of attendance will automatically be
sent by e-mail to all attendees, after the congress.

CLOAKROOM
A cloakroom located level -1 of the congress
center is at your disposal for your personal
effects.

Official language of the congress is English.
Interpretation will not be provided.

We ask all congress delegates to put their mobile
phones on silent mode or turn it off during all
congress sessions.
POSTER AREA
The posters area is located on level 0, nearby the
exhibition area. Posters will be up for the 3 days.
All posters presenters are requested to stand by
the poster during the breaks and lunches in order
to present their poster and answer the questions.
POSTER PRIZE
A poster prize will award the best poster. If your
poster has been selected for the poster prize, please
be sure to be next to your poster on Thursday,
April 23rd when the jury will review them during
the breaks.
SPEAKERS PREVIEW ROOM
The speaker preview room is located on level 0
nearby the exhibition hall. It is available for
chairs and speakers/oral presenters to prepare
their sessions.
All speakers are kindly requested to hand in their
presentation in the Speakers Room minimum 2
hours prior to their oral presentation.
