Consultant in the Cyber Risk Management team of Deloitte, consisting of
120 experts in security strategy, hacking and privacy. Involved in setting up
a cyber security strategy for a multinational company specializing in
intellectual property, and the disaster recovery management for the
cryptographic key management systems of a major Dutch bank.

External role (fulltime, spanning total time of employment):
eMandates Implementation consultant for Currence/BVN. Role involved
project management, writing technical and commercial documentation,
strong stakeholder management of all banks involved & co-developing the
eMandates Test Tool (in PHP) by writing the test cases for the Transaction
protocols. The eMandates solution intends to take the mandating process
for Direct Debits online and replace paper and ‘lesser’ online solutions.

futures to help governments and business shape their policy. My projects

Cyber Security (for BZ): Project lead. This project required very extensive
research on the global Cyber security landscape, gaps in policy and
responder management, and how they should be addressed by
stakeholders, for a preparatory series of workshops for the NSS2014.
Involved interviewing, scenario analysis, participation in high-level
international conferences, academic and commercial writing.
Systems View Security Innovation (for TNO): Organiser of series of
workshops about the integration of operations between national security
forces, VenJ and MinDef at TNO, with a focus on national emergencies,
critical infrastructure and resource efficiency in both the kinetic and cyber
domains. Involved entire content preparation, stakeholder management and
setting up intended courses of multi-stakeholder policies.
The Nexus of Strategic Resources (TNO): Co-author of this project in
which the resource complexities behind critical biotic agro-food resources
were investigated and triggers for supply interruption, first responder and
critical infrastructure strength were identified. My activities involved data
analysis, graphic design, programming (HTML & JavaScript) and writing.
Golden Opportunities: Agro-food in China (for EZ): Co-author in this
project that investigates the chances for Dutch agro-food entrepreneurs in
China based on reciprocal exchanges in knowledge systems. Its activities
included heavy data collection, SPSS analysis, participation in national
strategic forums and presenting results to the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The Future of the European Labour Market (for TNO): This Labour
market project formed the basis for my Master thesis on Skill Methodology.
This data-heavy project investigates the drivers of job polarization in Europe
& VS and their influence on society’s occupational make-up & development.
