Now, thanks to the newly developed lightweight 16-nozzle heads, 03015 microchips can be placed. Depending on machine specification, the machine is able to handle PCBs of sizes up to 1200x550mm on single lane machines and 1200x260mm on dual lane machines, ideal for long LED panels or large industrial PCBs. The component tape setting is a repeating task taking time and causing monetary loss. To limit these losses a new type of feeder is currently being developed: the Auto load feeder. No cutting of old tapes, no splicing work, no top tape to be removed, no joint tape required.
