On behalf of Hemophilia Ontario, I would like to extend an invitation to you and all
women who are affected by inherited bleeding disorders.
The fourth edition of Wellness for Women – W2 is planned for the weekend of May
23-24, 2015, at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. The weekend is open to
women ages 12 and up affected by inherited bleeding disorders. Informative
workshops will be presented throughout the weekend by dynamic experts from
across the province. The exciting program and registration information have been
included in this package.
Hemophilia Ontario and its partners are pleased to offer this opportunity to you for
a minimal registration fee of $50.00. Your registration and fee must be received by
Wednesday April 29, 2015.

Welcome to the Women's Wellness Weekend 2015!
Let us be the first to extend a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the 4th bi-annual Wellness for Women
Weekend! We are excited to have you here, one woman to another.
This conference was created for women, by women, and is designed for you to engage with other women
from the inherited bleeding disorders community. This is the ONLY women’s conference on inherited bleeding
disorders in Ontario. We want you to join us in feeling proud by celebrating, sharing, and learning all things
“woman”.
This weekend has been designed, through individual breakout sessions, to fit the needs of women throughout
various stages of their life, from young adulthood, to motherhood, through to the golden years. We encourage
you to seek out your own purpose for attending this conference and connect with other fearless females.
We would like to thank our planning committee and staff, who dedicated their time and passionate thoughts,
to our cause and for our community. We’d also like to thank the pharmaceutical companies, Baxter and
Octapharma for their generous donations, but most importantly, we want to thank you for joining us!
Together, we are all focused and determined to make a difference for the future of women affected by

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
The W2 Conference offers a wonderful opportunity for young women who need to fulfill their volunteer
requirements for a High School Diploma. Volunteer opportunities are also available for women of all ages. If
you or someone you know would like to volunteer, please contact your Regional Service Coordinator.
Volunteer opportunities include being a greeter or helping with registration Saturday morning, preparing and
helping set up rooms before, during, and after sessions, or introducing and thanking speakers.
