Items not included in the fee: Caddy fee and Tips.

This fee is not tax deductible.

Additional $30 for companion’s attendance.

Companion registration does not include Tournament attendance.

Full payment must be received prior to players obtaining their badges onsite.

Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee if
notification is submitted in writing via email on or before June 1st, 2015.
All Fees are non-refundable after June 1st, 2015. The tournament begins no matter the weather outside.
