Happy 40th Anniversary
The year 1973 marked the beginning fo Life Christian School’s impact on our
community. Here we are tonight, 40 years later, celebrating the lives of
thousands who have been positively influenced by Life Christian Academy’s
commitment to quality Christian education.
Christian education is funded with tuition payments and gifts from God’s people
- all called too make a difference in educating our students. This combination
represents so well, the essence of our efforts at Life Christian Academy for the
past four decades. Together we will continue to make great impact for the next
40 years!
On behalf of every student, we want to thank all of those who gave items to our
auction. We also want to thank those of you w ho will donate funds at the event
and offer a special thanks to those of you who have volunteered so much time
and effort to make Life Christian Academy’s auction another success.
Our Board of Education has been prayerfully considering the next 40 years - this
year’s auction will help us “celebrate” the next 40 as well!

General Auction Rules
Do not remove items from the KAC Gym or tables until paid for.
Purchaser must show Paid Receipt or Bid Card with Gold Star
as a Quick Check participant to the table and area volunteers.
1. Each couple, or person, will be issued a bidding number. When bidding, write that number
on silent auction items and hold it up to bid on an oral auction item.
2. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. All gift certificates expire
one year from this auction date unless otherwise noted on the donation certificate.
3. Please pay for all your purchases when the auction is completed and before 11:00pm.
4. Pay at the BANK using Check, VISA, Master Card or Cash. Payment in full is required. The
BANK will provide a receipt for redeeming purchases from the Tables and this receipt
authorizes its removal from the building.
5. PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED from Life Christian Academy THIS EVENING.
6. Reservations or parties, boat rides, trips and services must be arranged between donors
and buyers. The BANK will provide certificates identifying the donor and providing the
donor phone number.
7. The values set forth are estimates. These values are not warranted by DREAMS AUCTION.
NO WARRANTIES – no statement contained in this catalog or made orally shall be deemed
to be such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
8. DREAMS AUCTION reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale prior to bidding.
9. Good Faith Statement – should problems arise during the auction, please contact the
DREAMS AUCTION Chairman directly or later on call our office at 879-9716, so we may help
to bring resolution.
ORAL AUCTION
1. Be prepared to bid when price call is made by auctioneer. The bidding moves quickly.
2. Raise your card to make a bid.
3. Auctioneer’s decision is final as to successful bidder.
ADDITIONAL SILENT AUCTION RULES
1. Raises for less than the minimum bid will be disqualified by the table judge or auction
chairman.
2. If someone is writing a bid at the time the table is closing, that bid will be accepted. Bids
will not be accepted if table closing time has been announced. YOU MAY NOT OBSTRUCT
OTHERS FROM BIDDING OR YOUR BID WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
3. Silent bids cannot be withdrawn - for special circumstance consult Auction Chair.
4. Please allow at least 15 minutes after an area or table closes for the bank to enter in
