THE COMPETITION IS HERE AGAIN!
It’s that time of year again that we will be holding our annual chocolate competition. The competition will start on
Monday 18th May 2015, and will end on Thursday 25th June 2015, no chocolate boxes will be released after the
20th June 2015. If you would still like to take chocolates after this date full payment will be required for chocolates
to be released. Monies returned after Thursday 25th June 2015 will not be eligible to the competition. Competition
winners will be drawn 1st week back Term 3 (Monday 13th Jul 2015).
If you do not wish to participate in this competition please call the office or let your studio receptionist know.
This year we will have Variety Fun Packs (50 Chocolates) (Inc- Toblerone, Cherry Ripe, Time Out, Boost and
Crunchy). Along with the Freddo Fun Packs (50 Chocolates) (Inc- Caramello Koalas and Dairy Milk Chocolate,
Dream White Chocolate, Twin Strawberry, Twin Peppermint, Popping Candy & Raspberry Rocks) to sell for only
$1.00 each. Each participating family will initially receive 1 Fun Pack or Variety box (50 chocolates) and more
boxes can be distributed upon request, once original box/payment has been returned.

This is an INTERSTUDIO (Redbank, Ipswich and Springfield) competition and prizes will be given to the athletes
with the most chocolate sales.

Competition Terms and Conditions
The 2015 Redbank, Ipswich and Springfield FAD Cheer and Dance Chocolate Competition (Competition) is offered by FAD Cheer and Dance ABN 93 529 100 122 (Promoter)
pursuant to these Competition Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition, the person and their family participating (Participant) agrees to be bound to the terms
and conditions contained in this document (Competition Terms and Conditions). Instructions on how to enter the Competition form part of these Competition Terms and
Conditions.
1. The Prizes
There are three (3) major prizes offered by the Promoter for the first, second and third placed Participants (Prize Winners). These are a 1yr Family Dreamworld WORLD
Pass (2 Adults & 2 Children) (1st Prize), iPad mini (2nd Prize) 1 x 4.5Kg Toblerone Jumbo Chocolate & 1 x $30.00 Springloaded IPSWICH Gift Card (3rd Prize) (Prizes).
For every athlete/family that sells five (5) or more complete funpacks, their name will go into the draw for the chance to win 1 of 3 $50 FAD Cheer & Dance Vouchers
(Redeemable for any Jazz, Hip Hop or Cheeleading Class (Class Fees ONLY) at Redbank/Ipswich or Springfield) Limit 1 Voucher per family.
(a) The approximate Prize values are $520.00 for 1st Prize, $267.00 for 2nd Prize and $150.00 for 3rd Prize.
(b) The Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(c) Any expenses incurred by the Prize Winners or Participants in redeeming the Prizes are the responsibilities of the Prize Winners or Participants.
(d) Ardent Leisure (Dreamworld), Apple Inc, Springloaded Trampoline Park and Kraft Australia (Cadbury) are not participants or sponsors of the Competition.
(e) The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, merchantability, of the Prizes on offer.
(f) If the Prizes become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances before the Draw Date, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value to the Prize’s approximate
value at its sole discretion.
2. Competition rules
(a) The Competition commences at 3:30pm on 18th May 2015 and closes at 8:30pm on 25th June 2015 (Competition Period);
(b) Each Participant will be provided one (1) box of fifty (50) chocolates (Freddos/Variety Box) at a cost of $50.00.
(c) Each chocolate in the Fun Pack Box must be resold by the Participant at a cost of $1.00 per chocolate. All proceeds are to be returned to the Promoter along with the
full name of the Participant who sold the chocolates for the purpose of determining the Prize Winners.
(d) Entry in the Competition is dependent upon purchase of at least one (1) Freddo Pack/Variety Box. Additional boxes can be provided by the Promoter upon request at a
cost of $50.00 per box incurred by the Participant.
(e) Only one (1) Prize will be allocated to each Participant. This means all three (3) Prizes or more than one (1) Prize cannot be won by the same Participant or their family
members (i.e. parents, siblings, grandparents).
(f) The Prize Winners consent to their first name, last name and suburb being published and displayed at the Redbank, Ipswich or Springfield Studios by the Promoter in
relation to the Competition for a period of thirty (30) days after the Draw Date.
3. Eligibility
(a) To be eligible to enter the Competition, Participants must:
(i) be an Australian resident;
(ii) be a member of the Redbank, Ipswich and Springfield Fitness and Dance studios (Ipswich Studios); and
(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for:
(i) Fun Pack/Variety Boxes sold after the expiry of the Competition Period (Fun Pack/Variety chocolates sold after the Competition Period do not count);
(ii) lost or damaged Fun Pack Boxes;
(iii) ineligible participants.
(c) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Participants where it can be established that the Participant has interfered with the entry process or benefitted
from tampering with the entry process. The Promoters decision in relation to this matter is final.
4. Prize draw
(a) As at 10:00am on 13th July 2015 (Draw Date) the Promoter will determine the Prize Winners. The Participant who:
(i) sold the most Fun Pack/Variety Boxes and raised the most funds from sale of the Fun Pack/Variety Box chocolates will be eligible for the 1st Prize;
(ii) sold the second most Fun Back/Variety Boxes and raised the second most funds from sale of the Fun Pack/Variety Box chocolates will be eligible for the 2nd Prize;
(iii) sold the third most Fun Pack/Variety Boxes and raised the third most funds from sale of the Fun Pack/Variety Box chocolates will be eligible for the 3rd Prize.
(b) In the event of a tie for any of the Prizes, the eligible Participants’ names will be entered into a draw. The first name drawn will win that Prize. This process will continue
until all Prizes have been allocated accordingly.
(c) The decision of the Promoter is final and no negotiations will be entered into.
(d) The Prize Winners will be notified by:
(i) telephone; and
(ii) their full name and suburb being displayed by the Promoter at the respective Westside Studio as soon as practical after the Draw Date.
(e) Collection of the Prize from the respective Redbank, Ipswich or Springfield Studio is the responsibility of the winning Participant.
5. Unclaimed Prizes
If the Prize Winner does not claim the Prize or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the Draw Date the Promoter will allocate the Prize to the Participant with the
highest subsequent amount of funds raised from the sale of Fun Pack/Variety Box chocolates who has not yet won a Prize.
6. Limitation of liability
(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable:
(i) for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including direct or consequential loss) in connection with this Competition;
(ii) for any personal injury sustained in connection with entering this Competition; or
(iii) as a result of the Prize Winner using the Prize.
(b) This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply
of the Prize.
7. Technical fault
If for any reason this Competition does not run according to these Competition Terms and Conditions for any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or
affects the administration or fairness of the Competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any actions that may be available to it to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
8. Force majeure
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent, or event which naturally changes the result, or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to the
Promoter may at its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. If an event of force majeure or technical fault
occurs, then the Competition will be restarted.
