We offer a broad and holistic range of services, usually not covered by insurance, that are tailored to meet the needs of individuals with ALS and their families. what we do CCALS provides resources including equipment, educational workshops, medicare/medicaid assistance, referrals and subsidized living assistance. Beyond logistical and physical support we offer guidance and awareness as individuals, their families and their caregivers grapple with a myriad of difficult possibilities. The historic Falmouth Road Race has been run for the past 42 years with more than 12,000 runners participating in 2014.
