A moist truffle cake made with organic ground hazelnuts and dark Fairtrade chocolate and hazelnut
liqueur. Finished with dark ganache and roasted
hazelnuts: a beautiful, burnished dessert. Gluten-free.

Fragrant, cinnamon-scented sponge, topped with
chunks of rhubarb and sprinkled with a crumble topping of chopped macadamia nuts and organic white
chocolate chunks – absolutely divine! Warm gently and
serve with sweetened yoghurt or vanilla ice cream for

Delicious cakes, luscious preserves ...
I bake everything myself, to order, in my own kitchen. I
make preserves in small batches, using seasonal fruit and
vegetables, organic and locally grown if possible. And I use
only the finest ingredients, organic wherever possible, in
my cakes. They’re all made with gluten-free ingredients,
and I think they taste great! No artificial additives or
flavours; just good, wholesome ingredients. If you have
any other dietary requirements, do let me know.
