Seraphine Design is an independent jewelry company based in Nashville,
TN. Founded in January of 2012 by designer Brooke Seraphine. The
brand is quickly becoming recognizable in Nashville and beyond through
Brooke’s unique designs; modern and timeless at once the Seraphine
client is a fashion forward woman who knows that she will garner
attention wherever she goes. Pieces made using raw stones including
Pyrite and Quartz are being snapped up by some of the leading boutiques
in the country and are in the collections of some of the world’s most
beautiful people including Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristin Bell. Seraphine
Design has already been mentioned in LUCKY Magazine and has been
featured in numerous Nashville publications. From the moment Brooke
began constructing her one of a kind pieces she has been inundated with
requests for purchases putting Seraphine Design in a position to have a
bright future in the world of jewelry design.

PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Seraphine Design is pleased to present the very latest
in jewelry design made with the finest materials and quality workmanship. Please review the
following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of our products.
ABOUT OUR METALS
Brass: We use rich low red brass, an alloy compromised of 85% copper and 15% zinc. People
with nickel allergies will not be affected by this metal. It is the least resistant to tarnish of the
brass compounds.
Silver: We use Argentium Silver, which has been named the whitest silver. It rarely needs
polishing and is never less than 93% silver. It is the presence of germanium however, that
changes everything.
Gold: Our jewelry is industrial plated with 18k Gold to 3 microns thickness. It is guaranteed to
never wear off and to hold its luster for a lifetime.
WHOLESALE ORDER MINIMUMS
Initial order: We would like for your store to have a full collection to show your customers, thus our
strongly suggested minimum initial order package consists of 3 necklaces/chokers in whichever
style you prefer, 2 rings and 3 bracelets in whichever metal you choose. Please contact us with
questions.
Subsequent orders: Minimum 2 pieces
International orders: Minimum $1000 purchase
PAYMENT We are happy to accept your check, paypal payment online, or card payment over the
phone. We will email or mail your receipt. Please remit your initial orders with ½ payment, full
payment is due net 30. We would like full payment up front with subsequent orders.
SHIPPING Free UPS ground shipping to all 50 states and Puerto Rico for all orders over $250,
excluding tax. UPS 2-day is available upon request for an additional charge.
TAX You will be charged sales tax based on your shipping address.
ORDER CONFIRMATION You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed.
In order to process your order, the cardholder’s name must match the name of the billing
address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card. We will contact you via
phone or email within one business day if your order cannot be completed for any reason and a
full refund will be processed.
CHECK STATUS OF ORDER Call 615.887.1971 and we will get back to you within two business days.
PACKAGING We ship each piece of jewelry in a gift-wrapped leather bag or a leather box.
DELIVERY Because each piece is custom-made to order, your purchase will ship within two
to three weeks of ordering. If you are in a rush, please call us and we will do our best to get the
piece out sooner.
RETURN POLICY All online sales and wholesale orders are final. We do want you to love our
jewelry. So, if for any reason you aren’t 100% happy, please return it within 5 business days to
exchange or for store credit. All returns from the website require prior authorization. Shipping
charges are non-refundable and Seraphine Design is not responsible for return shipping.
Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to our Nashville Studio.
DAMAGED ITEMS Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims
must be made within 5 business days of receipt by phone. Returns must be pre-paid and shipped
via an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS or FedEx).
REPAIRS Repair charges are dependent on the repair required, current metal and stone prices.
There will be a charge to make a mate, lost or broken stones from our jewelry or self-inflicted
damages (i.e. dropping your ring in the garbage disposal). To receive an estimate of a repair
cost, please call 615.887.1971.
CUSTOM ONLINE ORDERS Items can be altered according to your specifications, but please note

EXPECT VARIATIONS Our work is made by hand, each piece is unique, and there may be slight
variations from piece to piece. That is the beauty of handmade artisian jewelry. We use natural
stones, which can have slight variations in surface, size and color.
CARE We recommend storing your jewelry in our packaging to prevent tarnish and scratches.
Clean with a jewelry polishing cloth. Silver and brass may require additional cleaning with the
use of a tarnish removing polish. Raw pyrite stones can be cleaned gently with a toothbrush,
soap and water.
