guidelines
 The silent auction will be running throughout the night.
Our auction preview will begin at
6:30pm and the first section will close approximately 15 minutes after the live auction
concludes. Sections will close in 15 minute intervals after that. See sections to find out
what the closing sequence will be. Please note minimum bids.
 Winners of
silent auction items will be posted by bidder number in the main auction area
with your bidder number. See the check-out board to see what items you have won.
 Payment in full is required for all auction items by the end of
the evening. Cash, check,
Discover, VISA and MasterCard will be accepted. Please make checks payable to Father
Andrew White School.
 All sales are final. Everything is sold in “as is” condition, so please examine the items
carefully during the preview period. Also, please note that terms and conditions of
certificates and services being auctioned (e.g., certain services must be rendered within
specific time-frames, tax and gratuity is not included in most restaurant certificates, etc.)
 It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the donor for the arrangement of
services or
delivery.
 By the purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either FAW or the donor
