Doors open at 7:45 a.m. for donuts and coffee. Sign in begins at 8:00 a.m. While you may
register at the door, space permitting, it is preferred that you pre-register. Registration forms

Federal Commercial Feed Laws”
11:30 – 12:20 Norma Tillman, Master Gardener& Master Goat Producer. “Poisonous Plants &
Herbs”.
12:30 – 1:15 Lunch Catered by Sonny’s (BBQ Ribs & pulled chicken) (Must be purchased in
advance or at the time of sign in)
1:15 – 2:05 Matthew Coleman, FDACS of Ag. & Consumer Services, Div. of Food Safety. “The
Cottage Food Industry”
