Entry requirements        Running Time: 30 minutes or under. No exceptions. Running time includes end credits. Genre: Only fiction short films are accepted. Production Country: All Submissions will be considered in two categories: Student / Non Student (students should submit a copy of their present identity card/letter from school as proof) Production Year: A competition submission film must have been completed after January 1, 2014. Language: English subtitles are required for all submissions. Films submitted to previous BISFF are accepted in newer version. 3. Entry procedure and selection      Films must be submitted on-line and uploaded via reelport.com. Any Language accepted: English subtitles are required for all submissions. At least one still of the film The list of the selected films will be available on the Festival's website by Mid-July (www.bisff.in) Directors, producers and distributors will be notified about the selected films via email. 4. Screening format: Mp4 with English subtitles. 5. Non- specified cases: The festival committee will consider on any cases of doubt which have not been mentioned in these regulations.
