which is a unique year-long assessed course covering a vast range of different practical jewellery

Rent-a-bench – If you don’t have enough room at home or don’t have all the
tools and resources to make your jewellery why not come and use our studio?
From silver, glass and metal clay to resin and beading, you can use the space for
almost anything you like for just £30 per day or £150 for 10 days. Please check
with us that we have the tools you need and bring along your own consumables
(e.g. beads, silver, glass etc…) and make yourself at home.

Make a Floral Headband
On this one day introduction to leather working, students will be taught about different types
Create stunning floral headbands and wreaths using artificial flowers and floral tape. Our
tutor has trained in millinery and floristry and will teach students a combination of millinery
and floristry techniques to create beautiful headpieces which can range from big and bold

Spend a day using fabric and fibre to create colourful statement jewellery that is lightweight
and cost effective. It is also a great way to recycle materials. All the jewellery in this class
can be made with hand sewing techniques and doesn’t require any specialised equipment.

Included in the cost of the course are all of the basic materials needed for each lesson, use of
our fully equipped studios during your classes and our usual expert tuition. You will also be
assigned a support tutor who will be marking your work and will meet with you each term to

Jewellery can be made with many materials, many of them not traditional. Three great
