Terms of Agreement:
 Failure to complete booking and payment prior to a swimmer’s entry in the water may result in a swimmer not being permitted to enter the pool or possible removal from a class.
 Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, credit card, or EFTPOS.
 Fee payments are scheduled either by term or yearly. Fees paid by term are non-refundable. Yearly fees are calculated on a calendar year: 1 January – 31 December. One month’s written notice
must be given to the Aquatics Administrator prior to cancelling a swimmer’s yearly membership. The remainder of the term will be forfeited and a swim credit for the rest of the year will be applied
towards future swimming.
 Program fees are based on enrolment and cannot be pro-rata if a participant elects to partially attend a given session or program. Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit except
under special circumstances, where a written application must be made via the Aquatics Administrator.
 Requests for medically related credits or make-ups must be submitted in writing. In order to be considered, supporting medical documentation must be supplied at the time of submission.
 Make-up lessons for Learn to Swim and Stroke Development 1, one session/week cannot be guaranteed and will only be accommodated when a minimum 24 hours’ notice of an absence has
been given.
 Make-up lessons are conditional upon a suitable vacancy being available. All make-up lessons must be taken in the current term. Once a make-up lesson is booked in, if a swimmer fails to turn
up, then the make-up is forfeited. There are no make-up lessons for public holidays, as fees are already pro-rata to account for pool closures.
 Lessons will not be cancelled due to weather unless a safety situation is declared by the Head Coach. Make-up lessons will not be offered due to weather conditions.
 If a coach is unavailable, we reserve the right to use a substitute coach for the lesson.
 Program change requests made after initial enrolment will be carried out based on availability of space and cannot be guaranteed.
 Parents/Guardians are responsible for the timely drop off, pick up, and pool deck supervision of their swimmers outside planned lesson times. No child is ever to be unsupervised on school
grounds.
 In joining the program, I give St Hilda’s School consent to take photos/videos of my child and use these images/footage to promote St Hilda’s School swimming or in any St Hilda’s School
marketing activities.
