Meet Information
 Running Event Check-in - Athletes in all running events must check in with the clerk in
the southwest corner of the track under the black tent prior to the start of their race. They
will receive hip numbers for their event here. Please make sure that your athletes jerseys
are tucked in so that the hip numbers are visible by the FAT camera.
 Field Event Check in - Athletes in field events should report to the site of their event for
check in prior to the start of competition.
 Infield - Only competing athletes will be allowed on the infield. No spectators, or noncompeting athletes should be in this area.
 Check-out Time – Field Athletes in the high jump/pole vault will be allowed 10 minutes
to return to their event after leaving. All other field events will be allowed 15 minutes.
 Tents - Team tents should be set up on the hill behind the bleachers.
 Restrooms - Restrooms are located on the South side of the concession building.
Additional bathrooms are located by the school.
 Garbage - Each team will be provided with a garbage bag to use during the meet and to
pick up their area at the end of the meet.
 Results - Results for the meet will be posted on the Section V web-site after the meet.
They will also be posted on the east side of the shed next to the concession window.
